Waiting to begin or procrastinating the finer details?
Just jump in and start moving around, even if it is for 10 seconds, just out and have a look at what you have just done.
There is this image of perfection we all are continually presented online of the final product and if you don't have the same you aren't in the game.
I personally think this is a load of nonsense and not worth putting much energy into, the focus should be directed more into why it is you want to do what interests you.
Then throw yourself in little by little and just assessing your performance as you go. There is no better judge than thyself and when you can reflect on the work you have done and start working with it rather against it, the world starts to slowly move out of the way for and magic truly starts to unfold in real time.
All of this comes from a place of security but gaining this state requires tremendous effort and sacrifice. You won't arrive there by chance or coincidence, this is not something that is given out to just anybody either, you have to work "your finger to the bone" to achieve this state and once you get there that isn't simply it, you then will have to figure out how to maintain this every time a situation arise and it won't always be in the same way as the original circumstance.
You can theorize all you like all the potential possible outcomes as to why something occurs but until you test out your theories you just have all these empty claims (kind of like this blog, unless i put my words into action).
Moving into alignment with the moment and following your intuition is always dreadfully scary but a liberating and freeing experience. You are faced with the ultimate essence of the unknown with every choice you arrive at and with every decision uncertainty behind the door.
It's going to stir up emotions that have been lingering there for some time, it's going to make you uncomfortable to the point where you'll want to shave your head off and start fresh (or maybe that was just me in 2016 oops).
If you aren't feeling uncomfortable with the idea of change then I would dare say you are the exception here and I would very much like to find out how that is the case but for the majority of us common folk, we are constantly on the edge of comfort with everyday situations.
Do I choose the cheaper option or pay a little more for the better choice.
Do I go the normal route even though there's more traffic or do I go the shorter way that I've never seen and take the risk.
All these tiny options arise in life and while they may not seem so big on the surface, picture this:
You always take the option which provides you with a certain result and never stir away from that well because you always have the choice to make the certain choice to provide yourself with what is familiar to you.
But, one day you are unable to select your primary choice of fuel for your car so you have to question which one will be a suitable replacement? Then you arrive at work and your usual coffee order isn't able to be made with full cream milk and you have to choose an alternative milk or go without. Following that the food stall you spend each lunch break at doesn't have the Chicken & Salad Wrap you choose every day and now you're faced with the daunting choice of having to choose between Tuna & Salad or a Beef Burger because that's all they have left.
If you continually stick to the same options when a slight change shows up in the form of something like i've explained above it quite literally is a SHOCK to the nervous system and well it makes you 'nervous'.
You have to think am I going to make the best choice for myself and the reality of that question is you can never truly know what is the best choice, all you can do is choose from what is right in front of you today and work with it, figure out and reflect the experience and learn anything that there is there to be learnt from the experience and take it into consideration for next time.
When we voluntarily decide to throw ourselves in the unknown we grow intentionally and start to evolve our senses to be more present with our choices rather than having them be this autonomous systematic model that must always be adhered to, every time.
Live a little, take the path that leads somewhere new and see what you find out about yourself and who you become along the journey.
The best part of the journey is you get to choose what kind of person you want to be throughout the entire process, so ask yourself.
Who I am going to show up as?
